Privacy policy

In one paragraph: we collect your email and basic profile when you sign in, and read only statistics from social accounts you choose to connect, so we can verify views and pay you. We never see your passwords, we never post on your behalf, we do not sell your data, and payment card details go to our payment processor, never to us. Disconnect or delete your account any time.
1. What we collect
- Account basics. Your email address, name and profile picture from the sign in provider you choose (for example Google), plus the role you pick, creator or brand.
- Connected platform data. If you connect a social account (YouTube, Instagram or TikTok), we receive read only data: your channel or account identity and public statistics such as view counts on the posts you submit to campaigns. We request the smallest scopes each platform offers for this.
- Campaign activity. Deals you join, links you submit, earnings and payout records, and campaign settings you create as a brand.
- Technical basics. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and debugging, and strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.
2. What we never collect
- Passwords for your social or Google accounts. Sign in and connections use OAuth; the platform shows you exactly what it shares before you approve.
- Card or bank credentials. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, on their systems. Payout details you give us (such as a UPI id or PayPal email) are stored only to send your money.
- Your private messages, drafts, followers lists or anything beyond the read only data described above.
3. Why we use it
- To verify that views on submitted posts are real and to calculate earnings.
- To show brands aggregate campaign results. Brands see campaign level numbers and the posts submitted to their own campaign, never your data from other campaigns or platforms.
- To pay creators, invoice brands, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
- To email you about your account and campaigns. No marketing spam; product emails have an unsubscribe.
4. Google user data
EarnForViews' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to authenticate you and to read view statistics for videos you submit to campaigns. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never read by humans except for security, compliance or with your explicit consent. Our use of YouTube data is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the services that run the product: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Lemon Squeezy (payments), and the social platforms you connect. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. Disconnecting a social account stops all future reads immediately. Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days, except payment and payout records we must keep for tax and accounting law. To delete your account or your data, email us and we will confirm within 7 days.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Whatever your country's law grants you, we honor by request. We are based in India and follow applicable Indian data protection law.
8. Children
EarnForViews is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if that happens, tell us and we delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we email account holders and update the date above. The current version always lives at this address.
