You can ask us to remove your account and everything attached to it at any time. It takes one email, and we never ask why.

Delete everything, from your account page

Sign in, open your account, and choose Delete account. It opens an email to our team from your address. Send it, and we remove:

• your profile, payout method and niches
• every submission you made, and the review threads on them
• every view snapshot and earnings estimate tied to your posts
• the link to your connected YouTube channel

We confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Disconnect YouTube only

To revoke YouTube without closing your account, open Connections and press Disconnect. The link between your channel and your account is deleted straight away. We never keep YouTube access tokens. The public view counts of posts you already submitted to a deal are still read while that deal runs, because that is how you are paid. You can also revoke access from the platform's own settings: on Google, under Third-party apps & services.

What we keep, and why

Two narrow exceptions, both required of us:

• Payout records. If we have paid you money, tax and accounting law requires us to keep the payment record. It holds the amount and date, not your content.
• Fraud prevention. If an account was closed for fraud, we keep a minimal marker so the same actor cannot immediately return. It holds no post content.

Everything else goes.

Brands

Deleting a brand account removes your profile and billing details, and closes your campaigns. A campaign that creators joined is kept without your contact details, because the creators’ earnings and payment records depend on it, for the same legal reason above. Campaigns nobody joined are deleted.
